A Moment In Time
Thank you for partnering with FirstChurch Ministries to serve the spiritual awakening that is occurring in the nation of Cuba. You are helping us build on a forty year foundation of prayer and service to the Cuban church that has brought us to a transforming moment in time on that island.

God has begun to raise up a new, bold generation of leaders in the Cuban church. The role of FCM as we step into this moment in time with these wonderful servants of the Gospel is to be sure they have the encouragement and resources necessary to continue making disciples and impacting their nation for Jesus Christ.
We are truly grateful for your prayers and support and have been blessed by the testimonies of so many pastors who say their lives have been touched by our ministry. They remain passionately devoted to seeing the vision of Cuba for Christ become a reality in their lifetime.

Statement of Faith
We believe that all have sinned and come short of God’s intended purpose and standard for godliness for our lives and that He has called the church to be His instrument of redemption in the earth.
Essentials We Believe
The Person of God - God is the creator and sustainer of all things past, present and future. He is the self-existent, infinite, eternal, unchangeable, all-knowing, ever-present and all-powerful “I AM” referenced in the Holy Scriptures. He has revealed himself to mankind as the Godhead existent in three persons: father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1, Ephesians 1:3-6, Matthew 28:19)

The Authority of Scripture - The Bible is God’s eternal and inerrant Word. It is a revelation from God to man fully expressed in the person of Jesus Christ and inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is absolutely true and trustworthy, superior to conscience and reason and is the believers only standard for faith and a Christian life. (Psalm 119, 2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12, John 1:1-5)

The Church - The church is that body of believers in all generations who are founded on the revelation that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and Son of the living God. Each member serves the Body according to their calling and gifting, and are committed to the “apostles doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer” (Acts 2:42). Jesus Christ is the head of the Body and has sent apostles, prophets, evangelists and teachers to serve and further equip His body to do the work of the ministry and establish His Kingdom in the earth.

The Work of the Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit has been sent from God to be the comforter, teacher and guide for Christian living. He was God’s manifested power at creation, the shadow of the Almighty at the birth of the Messiah and the wind of heaven at the birth of the church. He is the gift of God to every believer in Jesus Christ and we are called to live in unbroken fellowship with him.
